What the difference between coaching and therapy?

‍ Coaching and therapy both offer valuable support, but they have different focuses.

Therapy often centers on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions and working through past experiences in a clinical setting.

Coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative process. It helps you gain clarity, build skills, and take intentional steps toward where you want to go.

In our work together, we focus on developing tools for confidence, boundaries, decision-making, and personal growth.

Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, and I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you are in need of clinical support, I encourage working with a licensed professional.

What if I am nervous about booking a call?

That’s completely normal. Many clients feel unsure before their first conversation.

The clarity call is simply a relaxed, no-pressure space to talk about what’s been feeling difficult and explore whether coaching would be a good fit for you.

You don’t need to prepare anything—just come as you are.

How often do we meet?

Most clients meet biweekly (every other week), which allows time between sessions to reflect, apply what we discuss, and continue building progress.

This pace provides both consistency and space for real-life integration, which is an important part of the coaching process.

If needed, we can adjust the frequency based on your schedule and goals.

What results can I expect?

Each person’s journey is unique, but many clients experience meaningful shifts over time.

Through consistent coaching, you may begin to:

I offer a faith-integrated approach for those who want to include their relationship with God as part of their growth. This may include Scripture reflection, values alignment, or exploring how faith connects to your decisions and direction.

At the same time, I meet you where you are. Faith integration is always based on your comfort level, and our work together remains supportive, respectful, and centered on your goals.

Coaching is a process, not a quick fix. The results you experience will reflect your level of engagement and the work we do together over time.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, I offer flexible payment options to make coaching more accessible.

For coaching packages, you can choose to pay in full or split your investment into manageable monthly payments.
