I'm Jean, and Soul Anchored Coaching was born from my own journey of breaking free from abuse and learning to anchor my life in faith, truth, and hope.
I know what it's like to feel unseen, unheard, and disconnected from yourself. I know what it's like to question your worth, lose confidence in your own voice, and wonder if life can ever feel different.
I also know that change is possible.
Today, I help women rebuild self-trust, strengthen healthy boundaries, reconnect with their values, and rediscover who they are beyond the roles, expectations, and relationships that may have caused them to lose themselves.

My Goal for You
My goal is to provide a supportive coaching partnership for women who feel disconnected from themselves after unhealthy or abusive relationships.
Together, we'll focus on rebuilding self-trust, strengthening healthy boundaries, clarifying your values, and helping you move forward with greater confidence and purpose.
Through practical tools, meaningful conversations, and personalized support, I help women reconnect with their voice, make decisions with greater confidence, and create a life that feels aligned with who they truly are.
I believe lasting change begins when we stop abandoning ourselves and start living from a place of self-awareness, courage, and personal responsibility.
